Condom Empire has a no-nonsense no-quibbles returns policy.
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 7 days.
You can cancel an order within 7 days for a full refund. If your order has already been despatched when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
You may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for alternative items. Unless items are defective, you return them to us at your expense. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of products if they have been opended.
Refunds
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. Refunds will only be made to the card which was used to purchase the original goods.
To return an item
Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return return it in its original box with all manuals and accessories to the address below.
If you are returning an item because it was defective, or because of a mistake on our part, we will be happy to refund the cost of returning the item to us.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. |
